Dr. Harshinie is a certified specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery who holds a Master of Clinical Dentistry (OMFS) degree from the prestigious Universiti Malaya and was awarded Diploma of Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Harshinie's practice encompasses the diagnosis and surgical treatment of diseases, injuries, and defects involving the functional and aesthetic aspects of the hard and soft tissues of the head, neck, mouth, teeth, gums, and jaws. She specialises in impacted teeth removal, dental implant placement, facial trauma reconstruction, orthognathic surgery and treatment of oral pathologies.

With a keen scientific interest, she has presented on cleft care techniques such as the HarSZ Technique Scar Massage Protocol and contributed to publications in various academic journals.
